Our first trials of eggplant have been very successful, with the introduction of NiZ 60-207 grown here by John Wynyard in Warkworth.

This variety is a half long type with a refined teardrop shape that is very firm. The plant sets fruit very easily and is upright and vigorous. The fruit are around 20cm in length with a very glossy dark purple colour.
